This is the official order list for Fall 2026. Price is based on Market Rate on 11-1-2025. Price may vary up or down by up to 5% to adjust for the current high market variability. 

Thank you for ordering a half beef from Sawyer Creek Cattle Company - Shell Lake, WI. This is some of the best beef around and we've continued to grow our stock availability year over year.

We are only offering half beef options. It may be a year or two before whole beef options return due to rising demand and very low stock available.

Fall 2026 Half Beef: $4.99 per lb. - hanging weight

• Low stress cattle handling 

* $150 is the deposit for your order, not the total amount due. A half beef will weigh approximately 300 pounds.

** Beef price is based on hanging weight (processing not included). Meat is cut to your specifications at Almena Meat Company. For processing and slaughter costs contact Almena Meat Company directly but expect to pay an additional on average $1.25 per pound for processing.
