Pre-order Process

Step 1. Place Your Deposit

Head to our online store and reserve your spot with a $100 deposit for beef or $50 deposit for pork. This guarantees your half pre-order.

Step 2: Choose Your Cuts

As your processing date gets closer, we’ll email you a processing request form. You’ll be able to select your preferred cuts and packaging—whether you want standard Sawyer Creek options or something custom for your household.

Step 3. Processing & Pickup

Your meat will be processed with care by Almena Meat Company in Almena, Wisconsin. When it's ready, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions.

Orders are picked up directly at Almena Meat Company—just bring coolers or boxes to load your meat. Final payment is due before or at the time of pickup.
