All of the syrup sold by Sawyer Creek is selected for the highest quality and grade and stored in glass bottles.

The process starts by collecting sap from Sugar Maples and is cooked down by local producers within an hour or two of Shell Lake, Wisconsin. The syrup is tested for an accurate sugar content and filtered for clarity. You won’t find a better maple syrup.
