We now only take pre-orders for our premium grass-fed ground beef. We do not hold beef long-term any longer at the farm store. Based on all things being higher priced, we found there was no profit margin the way we had been doing things. Our set price for 2026 is $10 per pound for our burger.Â
Once we have at least half the orders needed each round, we will have our next beef processed. Help us get to processing at least once a month if not twice a month.

Orders will be filled in the order they come in and once we receive our meat from the processor. We have ground beef scheduled for approximately every 60 days.Â
Certain times of the year there there may be greater demand and fewer animals available. We will not hold your deposit indefinitely. You will receive your premium grass fed ground beef within 90 days or we'll refund your deposit.
Making a deposit helps us plan ahead on how many beef we need to line up.
